- Basket was donated to the Highland Lions Club fundraiser
- Park improvements sponsor donation was made
- Thank you to the members who helped at Richie's Ride to help get new members
- Avoca Fire/EMS is having a UTV raffle
Club Operations
- Club insurance quote was received and will be reviewed at the next meeting
- Club sponsor signs were received
- Discussed how sponsor signs would be handed out and the cost
- New koozies and possible grab handles from Copper Cactus were discussed
- Sweatshirt order has arrived
- Raffle license needs to be renewed
- Poke Board is available for play at meetings
RRIG Raffle & Golf Outing
- Tickets are in and available for the RRIG Raffle
- RRIG Golf Outing date will be changed because many people cannot make it

- Club elections will be held at the next meeting
