New Business

Membership

• New membership year started
• Discussed flyer for new membership to be posted at bars
• Explored donation of sign for businesses as club sponsor recognition
• Members should notify an officer if they see any damage to signs so repairs can be made

Fundraising & End of Summer Raffle

• Discussed fundraiser ideas - Cannon Ball event throughout the summer
• Local businesses could be sponsors providing gift certificates
• Club could advertise local events at the event
• Raffle prizes:
  • $1,000 cash prize
  • Gun or $500 cash
  • Gift cards from local businesses

Scholarships

Approval: Motion by Adam L, seconded by Mitchell R

• $1,000 total scholarship payout
  • $500 for Highland student
  • $500 for Riverdale student

Community Events & Involvement

• Making a basket to be donated to the Highland Fireworks fundraiser event at Mo's Bootleggers
• Asked to help at the Iowa County Dairy Breakfast on June 6th

Club Operations

• Putting in an order for sweatshirts
• Joining the Friends of the Tavern League for $150
